Our medical director, Dr. Elliot Lach, a long-time Massachusetts resident, received his undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and went on to Yale Medical School where he received his medical degree in 1981. As a pioneer in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery, Elliot Lach, MD is well-known for his use of lasers in plastic surgery. He is the inventor of the LaserToning, WonderLase, and WonderPeel processes.
Laser Enhanced Therapies is owned and operated By Antonette (Toni ) Dardeno, R.N., BSN. Toni is a 30-year alumna from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. Toni's interest in skin care and beauty began more than 15 years ago when her own skin problems and those of her three daughters brought dermatology medicine to a personal forefront. Although her main focus in nursing was Intensive Care, Toni spent years as both a patient and patient advocate as she navigated a wide range of dermatological paths for solutions to skin imperfections. This search lead her to laser therapies and her own clinical practice serving the Greater Boston area. Toni is a Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer with the Board of Laser Safety. She obtained expert training in medical laser devices under the guidance of a board certified dermatologist. Toni enjoys Fellow status with the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc.
