GentleMAX 

Our Candela GentleMAX system can uniquely remove unwanted body hair on all skin types without damaging the delicate pores and structures of the skin.

The GentleMAX System contains two separate laser heads, and Alexandrite and ND:YAG laser, and the GentleLASE which when pulsed produces laser light energy emitted at a nominal wavelength of 755 nm and 1064 nm. The laser energy is transformed into heat, which destroys the target leaving the surrounding skin unaffected. 

The skin is further protected during treatment by a Dynamic Cooling Device™ (DCD™) where cryogen is sprayed onto the skin cooling the upper layers and providing patients with increased comfort. GentleMAX selectivity helps to protect the skin, while effectively treating the unwanted hair.
 

GentleYAG:

The Candela GentleYAG system safely and effectively treats a wide variety of cosmetic skin problems and is the laser of choice for Fitzpatrick type IV through VI for laser hair removal.   Our GentleYAG laser technology is known for its ability to provide permanent hair reduction as well as treatment for facial and leg veins, photofacials, and skin tightening.  The GentleYAG System emits a gentle beam of light that harmlessly passes through the skin where it is absorbed by the target. The laser energy is transformed into heat, leaving the surrounding skin unaffected.

GentleLASE

The Candela GentleLASE system is the work horse of all laser hair removal systems.  This Alexandrite laser is best suited for Fitzpatrick type I through III skin types.  The GentleLASE also treats age and sunspots as well as some vascular lesions such as the venous lake.
